Jordi, thanks for sharing this excellent paper on PLTR. This is one of your best papers IMO, where you clearly leverage your systems thinking with deep knowledge of AI and experience at MS. It's interesting that at the same time Michael Burry is reinforcing his short position on PLTR suggesting over 57% decline from here. I believe that Burry is incorrect, but time will tell. I have a vested interest in PLTR. Thanks again!
Great content Jordi as always, can you confirm that the new pay wall will be available to individuals as 22V is only corporate in that you must have a business email 👍
Palantir isn’t the story. It’s the signal. Agentic AI likely won’t “kill” seat-based SaaS, but it reduces the need to keep buying more seats and point tools. If an orchestration layer can coordinate work across the apps you already use, the stack stops expanding.
That’s why Palantir stands out: ontology + integration + governance is the layer that turns models into operational reality in messy, regulated enterprises. In an agentic world, apps become endpoints. Value accrues to the system that owns cross-tool context and safe execution.
You miss the most important point of all. The future cost of all Ai delivery whether on an enterprise level or not is lower. And that makes PLTR v vulnerable.
I’ll say it again, I love Bitcoin as a digital scarcity and new capital structure, but, AI is not going to transact on 1 block per 10 min. Kaspa is the first block DAG (directed acyclic graph) vs a block chain. It produces no orphan blocks at 10 blocks per second and can scale much greater than 10bps. It’s POW and a digital scarcity. If the next 1 million users onchain is AI, it won’t be Bitcoin.
Great article Jordi and PLTR undoubtedly a great company, however that doesn't change the fact it is trading on >200x earnings which makes it ludicrously overvalued. There was also no real discussion on its moat. What is there to prevent other companies replicating its business model in the age of AI?
Great work but I could not sign up on 22V because I use my gmail email and system is saying have to use business even though I indicated as Individual Investor. I am not employed. How can I sign up?
Hi Jordi, thanks for putting this together. It is an interesting read on the current market "panic". I agree that connecting enterprise data is the defining challenge right now, but as an engineering leader, I have to push back a bit on the premise that Palantir's approach is entirely unprecedented.
Creating a "single view" or unified semantic layer has been the holy grail of enterprise architecture for decades. Some businesses have traditionally operated at the infrastructure and data layer to solve this, while others (like Salesforce) have attempted to solve it closer to the application and user layer. While Palantir is undeniably executing this well right now, the core concept of an orchestration layer is far from new.
Furthermore, while I agree SaaS is evolving, I find it hard to see a total "SaaS-pocalypse". Especially looking at those businesses' financial statements. An orchestration layer still desperately needs robust application endpoints to actually execute business logic. I'd love to hear your thoughts on how Palantir's Ontology differs fundamentally from past Single View/Master Data Management evolutions, and why you feel it completely replaces, rather than just sits on top of, the application stack.
Openclaw agents not only have a Facebook like social platform called motor. They also have three crypto tokens I saw. 1. Clawnch 2. Clawd 3. Moltnet. lol. All are on dex exchanges or in phantom. This is getting wild.

I’m wondering the same thing too.
Same question :) I really value your context as a private investor
Ditto I had the same question. Thanks
Good question- thanks for asking!

Great article. Happy my PLTR now 2nd biggest bag after TSLA. Both are converting AI into profits.

For a minute I thought you were misusing the word "ontology". Lol. Nice article.
I am sorry, but Palantir is not SaaS, it's Faas, Fascism-as-a-Service. Choose which side of history you want to be on.
Appreciate this

Patents!!
That’s what AWS does too. They are both down since earning…. Buying oppty?
Nice job

Excellent research work Jordi! I’m a happy go lucky Palantirian since the IPO Sept 30,2020. People laughed. Not laughing now …
