Meditation (30 minutes of deep breathing a day) Immune system with a focus on fermented foods Nutrition which is heavy lean protein (125-175 grams a day) and plant diversification of 50-100 different plants a week. Need to hit 35 grams of fiber a day. Exercise six days a week of yoga, Pilates and strength training and walking of 7-10 miles a day and sleep going to bed at 9:30 and getting 7+ hours for me. There is some supplementation but this has been evolution of my research and it’s gets tweaked each year.
