Thank you for breaking AGI down in such a meaningful way!

Interesting article but there is still something missing in the idea of AGI that people are adopting. AGI is not a computer algorithm (chatbots at the moment) that can emulate humans so perfectly as to be indistinguishable from them in conversation. Creativity (which humans have) is different than just combining existing ideas, it involves cycles of conjecture and criticism. We will solve AGI, but it will need to be a different algorithm than what the current LLM's operate under.

It made me think in Dune from Frank Herbert. There are the Mentats, humans that learn to think in structured ways like machines. Could an AGI help humans to ose the brain in different ways? Great article!

Humanity is destined to evolve beyond thought into knowingness and discernment. Computers will handle information and facts while humans will explore Truth, consciousness, and spiritual realities.

Jordy… (But all in on bitcoin nonetheless😎) i’m curious as to how ChatGPT would describe love and Spirit… And no, I have no desire to ask it.! as I watch biblical prophecy unfold at an amazing speed in the Middle East and the birth pains that Christ spoke of

in Matthew 24 growing stronger in regard to his return… I just don’t think we will achieve full AI life. God scattered humans at the Tower of Babel, and this time he will close this age upon his return to set up his millennial kingdom from Jerusalem, imo. But he was ears, hear. And he has eyes, see.

A terrific piece. Humans evolve well with machines. Now we drive, we fly, we self-repair. AGI, and robotics, will aid us further still. The future is bright and farther reaching.

There's a divine wisdom behind us forgetting, as adult we should be happy that we are able to forget our childhood, most of it is not pretty, try to remind your kids some of theirs and see how they feel. Computers compute and calculate but never think, that which does not think cannot forget, it miscalculates, AI and AGI are produced in labs by human intelligence, compute and calculations can never produce a human being.

Excellent article. What concerns me about AGI is the conflation between wisdom and knowledge and the importance of intentions. Just my theory but I think when a human first starts to have memories it’s because they have changed from the spiritual to the material realm. I have my doubts about machines and spirits but it sure seems like we are going to find out. 🙏🏽
